What we take off your plate
The email work that interrupts someone who has a different job, and the problems nobody notices until a client says they never got your message.

- New users, leavers and password resets
- Shared mailboxes, groups and aliases
- Mailbox permissions and delegation
- Two-factor sign-in on every account
Licences
We track who has which licence, remove seats nobody uses and handle renewals, so you pay only for what you use.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace plans
- Unused seats found and removed
- Renewals handled
- Licences at list price, no markup

Moving from another provider, or between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with mail, calendars and contacts carried over.

- Quarantine reviewed with you
- Suspicious messages investigated by the helpdesk
- Phishing simulation and training available
Deliverability
We watch whether your email reaches inboxes: DMARC reports, blocklists, and the sender rules Google, Yahoo and Microsoft enforce.

- Alerts when a sending tool breaks authentication
- Google, Yahoo and Microsoft sender rules met

Every mailbox is backed up outside Microsoft or Google, so a deleted folder or a ransomware attack doesn't cost you your email.

Your account or ours
Either way, we run it and your staff call us when something breaks.
Keep your own account
You stay the owner of your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account and keep paying Microsoft or Google directly. We get the admin access we need to run it.
Use ours
We provide the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription and bill the licences at list price, with no markup, on the same invoice as the service.
What managed email doesn't cover
Laptops and office IT
Devices, printers and the office network are covered by our managed IT plans for small businesses. Learn more
Email marketing campaigns
We make sure tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot send authenticated mail, but we don't run your campaigns.
Microsoft or Google licences
Billed at list price on top of the service, or paid directly to Microsoft or Google if you keep your own account.

Managed email FAQ
How much does managed email cost?
$29 per user per month, with a 10-user minimum ($290 a month). That covers mailbox and licence admin, spam and phishing filtering, deliverability monitoring, backups, a 24/7 helpdesk, and managed DNS and DMARC for your main domain. Migration is included on 12-month plans. Microsoft or Google licences are extra, at list price.
Do you support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. We run both, and we can move you from one to the other, or from another email provider to either.
Can we keep our existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account?
Yes. You can keep your own account and keep paying Microsoft or Google directly while we run it, or use ours and we bill the licences at list price with no markup.
Is migration included?
Yes on 12-month plans. Month-to-month, migration is a one-time $49 per mailbox. We move mail, calendars and contacts and switch your DNS records for you.
Why does our email go to spam, and will this fix it?
Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong, or a tool that sends on your behalf isn't authenticated. Setting those records up correctly and monitoring them is part of the service, so you hear about a problem before your clients do.
What is the difference between managed email and managed email security?
Managed email runs your mailboxes day to day, with spam and phishing filtering included. Managed email security adds a dedicated secure email gateway, attachment sandboxing and data-loss prevention for businesses with a higher phishing risk.
Who do our staff contact when email breaks?
Our helpdesk, 24/7. Your staff contact us directly, so nobody in your office has to play IT support.
