Commission is held for 30 days after we collect the client's payment. Once approved it appears on your monthly statement in the portal. You invoice us for it, and we pay within 30 days of receiving your invoice. Recurring commission works the same way, payment by payment.

On what the client pays us for our services. Tax and third-party costs we pass on at cost, such as cloud provider bills, third-party audit fees and software licences bought for the client, are not included. You earn on a client's payments for 12 months from the first payment credited to you, including renewals and upsells in that time.

Commission is held for 30 days after we collect. For 180 days after we collect, a refund, chargeback or credit of the client's payment still reduces the commission on it in proportion, even after it was approved or paid. If it was already paid, we tell you in writing and deduct it from your commission no sooner than 14 days later, so you have time to dispute it. After 180 days a refund no longer affects your commission, unless the refund request or dispute was raised within those 180 days. A cancellation on its own does not reverse commission on a payment we keep.

No. We don't build apps. We only manage infrastructure, DevOps, and security, and the partner agreement commits us not to solicit the clients you introduce for the work you do for them.
