1We're just 5 people. Is this overkill?
No-this is exactly the right time. Enterprise customers don't care how big you are; they care if you'll protect their data. Starting early means you build security into your culture and avoid expensive rework later. Our Seed package is designed for teams of 1-15.
2How is this different from just buying a compliance tool?
Tools like Vanta or Drata are great for automation, but they don't tell you what to do or help you answer a prospect's security questions. We provide the expertise, strategy, and hands-on help that tools can't. Many clients use us + a compliance tool together.
3Can your vCISO join calls with our customers?
Yes! This is one of the most valuable parts of the package. Your vCISO can join security review calls with enterprise prospects, answer technical questions, and demonstrate your security maturity. We've helped close many deals this way.
4How fast can we get SOC 2 certified?
With our Series A package, you can be audit-ready in 90 days. The actual audit takes 4-8 weeks after that. Type I can be done in ~4 months total. Type II requires a 3-6 month observation period after Type I, but you can start selling with Type I.
5What if we outgrow the package?
Great problem to have! You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime. Many clients start with Seed, move to Series A when they raise, and eventually graduate to dedicated security services. We grow with you.
6Do you work with our tech stack?
Yes. We work with AWS, GCP, Azure, and hybrid environments. We support all major SaaS tools, modern development practices (Kubernetes, serverless, IaC), and can adapt our guidance to your specific architecture.
7What's the minimum commitment?
Seed and Series A packages require a 6-month minimum commitment. This gives us enough time to build your security foundation and show real results. Growth package is annual. Month-to-month is available at higher rates.
8Can we use this for fundraising?
Absolutely. We'll prepare you for security questions during due diligence, provide investor-ready documentation, and can even join investor calls if needed. A mature security posture is increasingly important for Series A and beyond.
