If we uncover additional opportunities beyond that scope, we’ll document them, estimate impact, and you can either add them (quoted separately) or keep them in the roadmap for the next phase.
What happens after the 14 days?
You’ll leave with guardrails in place, plus a clear roadmap for the next 14 / 30 / 90 / 180 days (what to do next, why it matters, and expected impact). If you want ongoing help, we can transition into monthly FinOps management.
Is $5k realistic for us?
